Booking & Cancellation Policy
Only one promotion is allowed with each treatment.
Evidence of discount eligibility must be shown to me at the time of booking (for e.g. work or student ID). All personal data of this type will then be deleted by myself as necessary.
Refer A Friend discount will be acknowledged when the referee has booked and attended a treatment. If the referral is through a gift card, the donor will be registered by myself and an invitation to book at the discounted price will follow once the recipient of the gift card has attended for their treatment.
100% advance payment is required for all bookings.
Cancellations made less than 48hrs before a treatment is due to start will not be refunded.
All clients are responsible for inspecting their own feet prior to the appointment and raising any problem areas on their feet in advance of the treatment. If a client forgets to do this, I may not be able to provide a full foot reflexology treatment. In this instance I will be able to offer a hand treatment as an alternative and the difference in cost will be refunded to the client.
If a client is late for their appointment, the time difference may have to be deducted from their treatment session due to constraints around therapy room booking times. In these circumstances and where possible, I will endeavour to give the client the full treatment if I am able (this is dependent on room booking flexibility).
By signing the Initial Consultation Form, the client is stating that they have read and agreed with this Policy and that they have read and agreed with the GDPR Privacy Statement.
